Prohibited Favors and Usage Policies

To keep Haceme el Favor safe and legal for everyone, certain types of tasks are strictly prohibited on the platform. This article lists every prohibited category, explains why each rule exists, and describes what happens when a violation occurs.

Zero Tolerance. Violations of these policies are taken seriously. Depending on severity, consequences range from a warning to immediate permanent ban with no refund. All favor descriptions are automatically screened by AI before publication.

Prohibited Categories at a Glance

Prohibited favors are organized into four main categories. Each is explained in detail below the diagram:

Category 1 — Personal Safety

Any favor that could threaten someone's physical or emotional safety is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, stalking, or surveillance — You may not request someone to follow, watch, or monitor another person's movements, habits, or activities.
  • Entering private residences — Favorecedores must complete all tasks from exterior locations only. Tasks requiring entry into someone's home are not allowed, even with claimed permission.
  • Confrontations or intimidation — Any favor involving confronting, threatening, or intimidating another person is prohibited. This includes debt collection, delivering threats, or demanding action from someone.
  • Tasks involving minors — No favor may involve minors (under 18) without verified parental or legal guardian consent submitted through the platform. Favors that put minors in any risk are permanently banned.

Category 2 — Financial and Legal

Favors involving money, legal documents, or financial transactions carry elevated risk and are prohibited:

  • Cash transport exceeding C$3,000 — Moving large sums of cash creates safety and liability risks. Favors requiring transport of more than C$3,000 in cash are not allowed.
  • Identity document transport — Passports, cedulas, birth certificates, and other identity documents must never be transported through the platform. These documents are too sensitive and valuable to risk.
  • Loans, currency exchange, or financial transactions — The platform is not a bank or exchange service. No favor may involve lending money, exchanging currency, or performing financial transactions of any kind.
  • Political activities or protests — Favors related to political campaigns, protests, demonstrations, or any politically motivated activity are prohibited.

Category 3 — Illegal Items

Any favor involving prohibited, controlled, or illegal items is permanently banned:

  • Controlled medication purchases — Purchasing medication that requires a valid prescription is prohibited unless the solicitante provides a verified, valid prescription through the platform before the favor begins.
  • Weapons or ammunition — No favor may involve the purchase, transport, or handling of firearms, ammunition, bladed weapons, or any item classified as a weapon under Nicaraguan law.
  • Illegal substances or drugs — Any favor involving illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances results in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.

Category 4 — Privacy Violations

Favors that invade another person's privacy are prohibited:

  • Photographing or recording without consent — You may not request a favorecedor to photograph or video-record any person without that person's knowledge and consent. Proof photos that incidentally include people in public spaces are acceptable, but targeting specific individuals is not.
  • Personal information gathering — Favors that involve collecting personal data about individuals (addresses, schedules, relationships, financial information) are strictly prohibited.

Enforcement: What Happens When Rules Are Violated

Our enforcement system uses a three-strike progression for most violations:

  1. Warning — First-time violations of lower-severity rules result in a written warning. The favor is removed and the user is notified of the specific policy violated. The warning stays on your account permanently.
  2. Temporary Suspension — Second violation or moderate-severity first offense results in account suspension for 7 to 30 days. During suspension, you cannot post, accept, or complete any favors. Active favors are reassigned or refunded.
  3. Permanent Ban — Third violation or any single high-severity violation (illegal items, threats, minors) results in immediate permanent ban. Your account is closed, any pending earnings are forfeited, and you may not create a new account.
Immediate Ban Offenses. Certain violations skip directly to permanent ban regardless of prior history: illegal substance involvement, weapons, threats of violence, tasks targeting minors, and any activity that could result in criminal charges.

How AI Helps Enforce These Rules

Our AI-powered smart review system is the first line of defense:

  • Pre-publication screening — Every favor description is analyzed by AI before it goes live. Descriptions that match prohibited patterns are automatically blocked and the user is notified of the reason.
  • Keyword and context analysis — The system goes beyond simple keyword matching. It understands context and intent, so creative attempts to disguise prohibited requests are still caught.
  • Continuous learning — The AI system is regularly updated with new patterns as they emerge, ensuring increasingly effective moderation over time.
  • Human escalation — Borderline cases that the AI flags but cannot determine with certainty are escalated to human reviewers for final decision.
Appeal Process. If you believe your favor was incorrectly blocked or your account was wrongly penalized, you can submit an appeal through the platform. Appeals are reviewed by a human team member within 48 hours.
