You'll publish what you need, a favorecedor will complete the favor, upload GPS-verified proof, and you'll pay securely through the platform.

No. Haceme el Favor is NOT a bank, financial service, or remittance provider. We will only facilitate payment for physical favors completed on the ground. Payments will be processed securely through the platform. HEF will never hold user funds.

Requesters will be able to use the platform from anywhere in the world. Favorecedores must be physically located in Nicaragua. We'll launch initially in Managua and expand to all 15 departments and 2 autonomous regions over time.

All favor prices are in Nicaraguan córdobas (C$). International requesters pay by card via Stripe — the conversion happens automatically. Local requesters can pay in cash or by card.

We're currently in the pre-registration phase. Sign up to be among the first to use the platform when we launch. We'll notify you by email as soon as we're live.

You'll create an account, select a category (errand, administrative task, or information), describe what you need, choose the department, and set a price. Your favor will be published and available favorecedores in the area will see it.

The favorecedor will upload photos or video with GPS geolocation as evidence. You'll review the proof before confirming and authorizing payment.

If the proof is not satisfactory, you'll be able to reject the delivery and open a dispute. Our team will review the case and mediate toward a fair resolution.

Publishing a favor will be free. You'll only pay the favor price plus a small platform fee, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm.

Yes, you'll be able to cancel a favor before it's accepted by a favorecedor. Once accepted, cancellation will still be possible but conditions may apply depending on the task's progress.

Yes! The more favors you complete, the lower your platform fee becomes. You start at 17% (Standard), drop to 15% after 50 favors (Frecuente), 13% after 200 (VIP), and 11% after 500 (Elite). Your tier is based on your lifetime total — it never resets, and once you reach a level, it's yours permanently.

You'll create an account, verify your identity with your Nicaraguan cédula, and complete your profile. Once approved, you'll be able to start accepting favors in your department.

It will depend on how many favors you complete and what type they are. Prices range from C$150 to C$6,000+ per favor. With 8 weekly favors at a C$600 average, you could earn around C$19,200/month.

Your earnings from completed favors are batched into a single weekly payout sent directly to your Payoneer account within hours. You just need a Payoneer account (free to create at payoneer.com). From Payoneer, you can withdraw to your local bank account at any Nicaraguan bank (BAC, Banpro, Lafise, etc.) — Payoneer charges a small withdrawal fee of up to 2% for bank transfers. You can also keep your balance in Payoneer and use it directly.

No. You'll only need to be 18 years or older, have a Nicaraguan cédula, and own a smartphone with a camera and GPS. The favors will be everyday tasks that anyone can do.

You'll be able to cancel an accepted favor, but frequent cancellations will affect your rating and visibility on the platform. We recommend only accepting favors you can complete.

An influencer will be someone who promotes Haceme el Favor on their social media and within their community. You'll earn commissions for every referred user who actively uses the platform.

Influencers will earn recurring commissions for every user they refer. The percentage will depend on your influencer level and the volume of active referrals in your network.

No. Influencers will be able to participate from anywhere in the world. In fact, the most successful influencers will likely be those with an audience within the Nicaraguan diaspora.

Every favorecedor will need to verify their identity with their Nicaraguan cédula. We'll verify document authenticity and perform security checks before approving their account.

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, certified payment infrastructure. We will never store your card information on our servers.

The following will be strictly prohibited: transporting identity documents, transporting cash over C$3,000, purchasing controlled medications or illegal substances, favors involving minors without consent, entering private residences, financial transactions, political activities, and any illegal activity.

We use smart automated review to verify every request before posting, detect prohibited content, and protect the entire community. Our system analyzes favor descriptions to ensure they comply with platform rules.
