To verify your identity and comply with KYC regulations.

Certificado de Conducta

Official police record certificate from the Policía Nacional. Get it at police kiosks or SERVIGOB locations.

Payoneer account

Required

You'll need a free Payoneer account to receive your payments. HEF sends your earnings directly to your Payoneer balance — fast and secure.

Nicaraguan bank account

For withdrawals

From Payoneer, you can withdraw your earnings to any Nicaraguan bank — BAC, Banpro, Lafise, or any local bank. The bank account is for withdrawing from Payoneer, not a direct requirement for HEF.

Payoneer Withdrawal Fee

Your earnings are sent directly to your Payoneer balance every week. If you want to transfer that money to your local Nicaraguan bank account, Payoneer charges a small withdrawal fee (up to 2%). You can also keep your balance in Payoneer and use it directly.
