This guide walks you through the complete lifecycle of a favor on Haceme el Favor, from the moment you publish your request to the moment your provider gets paid. Follow these five steps and you will have your first favor completed in no time.

Step 1: Publish Your Favor

Start by creating a new favor request. You will need to provide:

• Category — Choose from Mandados (Errands), Gestiones (Administrative), or Informacion (Information Gathering).
• Title — A clear, concise title that describes what you need. Example: "Buy medicine at Farmacia Medco in Managua".
• Description — Detailed instructions including addresses, product names, quantities, or any specific requirements.
• Department — The specific department in Nicaragua where the task needs to be done.
• Price — How much you are willing to pay. The AI Price Intelligence tool will suggest a fair range based on similar tasks.

Step 2: A Provider Accepts

Once your favor is published, verified favorecedores in the target area can see it and decide to accept. When a provider takes your task:

• You receive a notification with the provider's name and profile.
• You can view their rating, number of completed favors, and verification status.
• The provider may send you a message to clarify details before starting.
• Your payment is processed securely via Stripe — the provider does not receive it until you confirm completion.

Step 3: The Favor Is Completed

The provider physically goes to the specified location and completes your task. During this process:

• The provider may send you real-time updates via the in-app messaging system.
• All tasks are 100% in-person — the provider must be physically present at the location.
• If any issues arise, the provider can contact you through the platform for clarification.

Step 4: GPS-Verified Proof
