Haceme el Favor (HEF) is the first platform that connects Nicaraguans living abroad with verified, local service providers in Nicaragua who complete in-person tasks on their behalf. Whether you need someone to pick up a document, deliver a gift to your family, or check on your property, HEF makes it possible from anywhere in the world.

Who Is It For?

HEF serves two main groups of people:

• Solicitantes (Requesters) — Nicaraguans living abroad who need tasks done back home. The largest communities are in the United States (~400,000), Costa Rica (~120,000), and Spain (~50,000), but requesters can be located anywhere in the world.
• Favorecedores (Providers) — Verified individuals in Nicaragua who earn money by completing those tasks in person. Every provider goes through identity verification, including a valid Nicaraguan cedula and smartphone with GPS-enabled camera.

How Does It Work?

The process is straightforward and secure. Here is how a favor moves from request to completion:

1. Post your favor — Describe the task you need done, choose a category, select the department in Nicaragua, and set your price. AI tools help you write a clear description and suggest a fair price.
2. A provider accepts — A verified favorecedor in the right location picks up your task. You can see their profile, rating, and verification status.
3. Task is completed in person — The provider physically goes to the location and completes the errand. Every favor is done face-to-face in the real world.
4. GPS-verified proof — The provider uploads photos or videos with automatic GPS metadata verification. You can see exactly where and when the task was completed.
5. Confirm and pay — Review the evidence, confirm completion, and payment is released securely via Payoneer to the provider.
