How to Create Your Account
Getting started on Haceme el Favor takes just a few minutes. The platform is currently in the pre-registration phase, which means you can reserve your spot now and be notified as soon as the platform launches. Here is everything you need to know about creating your account.
Pre-Registration (Current Phase)
During the pre-registration period, you can sign up to join the waitlist. This is the information you will need to provide:
- Full name — Your legal first and last name.
- Email address — A valid email where you will receive your confirmation and launch notifications.
- Role — Whether you want to be a Solicitante (requester), Favorecedor (provider), or both.
- Country of residence — Where you currently live.
- Department — The department in Nicaragua where you need tasks done (solicitantes) or where you will complete tasks (favorecedores).
What Happens After You Pre-Register?
- You will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration.
- Your position in the waitlist is secured based on your sign-up date.
- When the platform launches, you will get a launch notification with instructions to complete your full profile.
- Early registrants will get priority access and may receive promotional benefits.
Requirements for Favorecedores (Providers)
If you plan to complete tasks and earn money as a favorecedor, you will need to provide additional verification after launch:
- Age requirement — You must be 18 years or older.
- Nicaraguan cedula — A valid national identification card for identity verification.
- Smartphone with GPS camera — Required for uploading GPS-verified proof photos and videos.
- Payoneer account — For receiving international payments securely.
- Bank account — A local Nicaraguan bank account linked to your profile.
Important: All favorecedor accounts go through a manual verification process. You will not be able to accept tasks until your identity is confirmed. This protects both requesters and providers.
Requirements for Solicitantes (Requesters)
The requirements for requesters are simpler:
- Valid email address — For account management and notifications.
- Payment method — A credit or debit card processed securely through Stripe.
You can be both. When you sign up, you can choose to be a solicitante, a favorecedor, or both. If you are a Nicaraguan living abroad who also visits Nicaragua frequently, you can request favors and complete them.
