At Haceme el Favor, we believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing. There are no hidden fees, no subscription charges, and no sign-up costs. Below is a complete breakdown of every fee on the platform so you know exactly what to expect.

No Surprises. Every fee is disclosed upfront before you confirm a transaction. Solicitantes pay the posted price only. Favorecedores see their net earnings before accepting any favor.

Fee Overview

The platform operates on a simple commission model. Here is how money flows through the system:

For Solicitantes (Requesters)

If you are requesting a favor, pricing is straightforward:

You pay the posted price only. If a favor costs C$600, you pay C$600. There are no service fees, booking fees, or surcharges added to your total.
No sign-up fee. Creating your account is completely free.
No subscription. There is no monthly fee to use the platform. You only pay when you request a favor.
Payment via Stripe. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

For Favorecedores (Providers)

If you are completing favors and earning money, here is how your earnings are calculated:

Platform commission: ~15-17% — HEF deducts a small commission from each completed favor. On a C$600 favor, the commission is approximately C$90, meaning you receive C$510.
No listing fees. Publishing a favor listing is always free.
No monthly fees. There is no subscription cost to be a provider on the platform.

Cash Favor Settlements

Some favors may be settled in cash locally (for example, if the favorecedor receives cash payment directly). In this case:

Cash Settlement Rule. If you receive cash payment for a favor, you owe HEF the 17% platform commission. This balance is automatically deducted from your next card-paid favor earnings. If your unpaid cash balance reaches C$1,500, your account is paused until it's cleared through card-paid favors.

Pricing Examples

Provider earnings are sent directly to your Payoneer account weekly. If you withdraw to your local bank, Payoneer charges a small fee (up to 2%).

Maximize Your Earnings

The only deduction from HEF is the platform commission. The more favors you complete, the more you earn:

1 favor at C$600/week: C$510 net (platform keeps 15%)
5 favors at C$600/week: C$2,550 net (platform keeps 15%)
10 favors at C$600/week: C$5,100 net (platform keeps 15%)

Keep 83%+ of Every Favor. Active providers keep 83% or more of every favor they complete. Your earnings go directly to your Payoneer account within hours. If you withdraw to your bank, Payoneer charges a small fee (up to 2%).
