As a favorecedor, you receive your payments through Payoneer, a trusted global payment platform. HEF sends your earnings directly to your Payoneer account. You can then withdraw to your Nicaraguan bank anytime. This guide covers everything from setting up your Payoneer account to understanding your weekly payouts.
Weekly payouts. All earnings from completed favors during the week (Monday through Sunday) are grouped into a single weekly batch payout, processed the following Monday and sent to your Payoneer account within hours.

- Gross earnings — The total amount you earned from all completed favors that week (after the platform's 17% commission has already been applied to the favor price).
- Net payout — Your gross earnings are sent directly to your Payoneer account. You can then withdraw to your Nicaraguan bank anytime.
Earnings example: You complete 8 favors during the week averaging C$600 each. Gross = C$4,800 — sent to your Payoneer account within hours. Withdraw to your bank anytime.
How to Set Up Your Payoneer Account
- Create your Payoneer account — Go to payoneer.com and sign up with your email address.
- Verify your identity — Upload a photo of your Nicaraguan cedula or passport. Payoneer may also ask for a selfie or additional documents.
- Add your Nicaraguan bank account — Link your local bank account so you can withdraw funds from Payoneer to your bank (BAC, Banpro, Lafise, Ficohsa, Bancentro, etc.).
- Provide your Payoneer email to HEF — In your Haceme el Favor profile settings, enter your Payoneer account email so we can send your weekly payouts.
