How to Use the Marketplace

The Haceme el Favor Marketplace (Clasificados) is a local classified listings platform where you can buy, sell, and find almost anything in Nicaragua. From vehicles and electronics to furniture and services — list your items, browse what is available, and connect directly with buyers or sellers via phone or WhatsApp.

Browsing and Finding Items

Use the search bar to find items by keyword, or use the filters:

• Category — Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phones, Furniture, Clothing, Appliances, Tools, Sports, Pets, Services, Real Estate, Other
• Department — Filter by any Nicaraguan department
• Condition — New, Like New, Good, Fair
• Price range — Set minimum and maximum price
• Sort — Newest, Price Low to High, Price High to Low, Most Viewed

Creating a Listing

1. Title — Write a clear, descriptive title (e.g., "Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 256GB" instead of "phone for sale").
2. Description — Detail the item's condition, specifications, and any flaws. Be honest to avoid disputes.
3. Price — Set a price in córdobas (C$1 to C$5,000,000). Check "negotiable" if you are open to offers.
4. Category and condition — Choose the right category and item condition.
5. Location — Select your department and municipality.
6. Contact — Add your phone number and/or WhatsApp for direct contact.
7. Photos — Upload up to 5 photos. Clear, well-lit photos sell items faster.

Managing Your Listings

View all your listings (active, sold, reserved, expired, removed) in the My Listings section. You can:

• Edit — Update title, price, description, or photos
• Mark as sold or reserved — Update the status
• Delete — Remove a listing (soft-delete; it disappears from public view)

Favorites and Messages

• Favorites — Save listings you are interested in by tapping the heart icon. Tap again to remove.
• Messages — Send a message to the seller directly through the platform. Sellers can see all messages in their listing's message inbox.
