Our AI capabilities are organized into four groups based on when they are used during the favor process:
Creating a Favor (Features 1-4)
When you create a new favor, four AI features work together to help you produce a professional, clear, and well-priced listing:
1. Intelligent Favor Writer
You can type a casual description of what you need — even in informal language — and the AI will transform it into a polished, professional listing. It generates a clear title, a detailed description, and step-by-step instructions for the provider. This ensures your favor is easy to understand and attracts the right favorecedores.
2. Description Enhancement
Already wrote your own description? Press the "Improve with AI" button and the system will refine your text — fixing grammar, improving clarity, adding missing details, and structuring the content for maximum readability. Your original meaning is preserved while the presentation is elevated.
3. Automatic Categorization
Based on your description, the AI automatically detects the correct category (Mandados, Gestiones, or Informacion) and subcategory. It displays a confidence badge so you can see how certain the system is. You can always override the suggestion if needed.
4. Smart Pricing
Not sure what to charge? The AI analyzes your task description, category, location, and historical data to suggest a fair price. It provides a recommended price along with a minimum and maximum range, plus a brief justification explaining how it arrived at the suggestion.
Safety and Verification (Feature 5)
5. Security Verification
Before any favor is published on the platform, the AI performs a smart review of the content. It screens the title, description, and instructions to identify and block any prohibited or unsafe content. This includes tasks that could be dangerous, illegal, or that violate platform policies. The review happens automatically and protects both requesters and providers.
During Execution (Features 6-7)
6. Proof Verification
When a favorecedor uploads photos or videos as proof of completion, the AI analyzes them across multiple dimensions: relevance to the task, completeness of evidence, GPS location accuracy, timestamp verification, and image quality. The system assigns a confidence score from 0 to 100 percent. High-confidence submissions are approved automatically, while lower scores are flagged for manual review.
7. Intelligent Matching
When you post a favor, the AI identifies the best available providers based on their geographic location, ratings, completion history, specialization, and how well their profile matches your specific request. This means your favor reaches the most qualified favorecedores first.
Communication (Features 8-9)
8. Smart Quick Responses
During in-app chat conversations between solicitantes and favorecedores, the AI generates contextual reply suggestions that appear as capsule chips above the message input. These are tailored to the current conversation context — for example, confirming arrival, asking for clarification, or providing a status update. One tap sends the message.
9. Automatic Translation
If a solicitante writes in English and a favorecedor only speaks Spanish (or vice versa), the AI automatically translates messages in real time within the chat interface. Both parties see the original message and the translation, ensuring clear communication without language barriers.
Dispute Resolution (Feature 10)
10. Dispute Assistant
When a dispute is opened, the AI performs a comprehensive analysis of all available data: the original task description, uploaded proof (photos and videos), GPS location data, the complete chat history between both parties, and the full timeline of events. It then generates a structured report with key findings and a recommendation. The HEF team uses this AI analysis to make a fair and informed final decision.
